I am a coach, (certified by the International Coach Federation and the Coaches Training Institute), a trainer, (certified by the International Consortium for Agile), a professional facilitator and a published author.
I have lived and worked in the United States, Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia for the past twenty-five years. I’ve worked in higher education, international development, the arts, non-profits, entrepreneurship and corporate America. In those environments, I’ve seen what works. And, I’ve seen what doesn’t.
People with great responsibility or authority often don’t know how to run a meeting, much less manage a team. People with great vision or intention don’t necessarily know how to communicate effectively, much less positively motivate others.
These people end up “stuck” together, literally and figuratively.
Over the years and around the world, I’ve learned how to teach people to listen to each other, learn from one another, collaborate with respect, and enjoy a shared outcome.
Here's a summary of my professional experience:
Twenty-six years experience as a trainer, facilitator, coach, team leader, project manager, and instructional designer. Confident public speaker. Energetic, big-picture thinker, professional and personable. Fluent English and Spanish speaker and writer. Published author of “Deliver Workshops that Bring in Clients:
